I chose this hotel because I needed some rest, there is no pool so I figured it would be quiet, well as I was falling asleep the running and jumping started from the room above mine! I went down to the lobby and told the gentleman about the noise, not only did he call the people but he gave me an upgraded room on the top floor, Jonathan went above and beyond for customer service! Thank you for that, I definitely got the rest I needed.
